Cirque du Soleil’s costume workshops were having difficulty delivering high-quality costumes on a timely basis. In addition, the workshops had to double their production capacity to meet demand, while cutting production costs.
Strategy
Mobilize a project team of about 15 people located in Canada and the United States to redefine the costume-supply operational model.
Approach
Use creative problem-solving, cost analysis per activity, product benchmarking against Disney Studio workshops, and change management.
